What is it that the Eagles Defense needs more than anything? My vote is a CB who can actually be solid and you know *gasp* not give up big plays every game.

What do you get with Hanson in at CB? Pretty much nothing, might as well play Chad Hall or something out there, Hanson cannot cover, he's to slow, and he cant hit worth shit. 

What do you get when Patterson is at CB??? You get a guy who will make some dumb mistakes but then 50% of the time make it better by getting a Pick and looking good for a play or two, then he'll get burned and we'll hate him. I was on the Patterson bandwagon, infact I was on the "Lindley or Patterson over Hobbs" from the beginning, I invented the shit... But no Patterson's past 2 games have been nothing but fecal... straight fecal.

What do you get when you play Lindley at CB?? Well this is the golden question, I personally love Lindley, he shut down Harvin almost every time Kentucky played UF in college, he shut down some of the best WR's in the SEC. He's got all the physical abilities and he's actually very intelligent. 

Watching Lindley for going on 5 years now I can tell you he's a very good football player, he rarely allows the WR behind him, he always stays in a position where he can break on the ball, his tackling ability is alright.. I mean what's the worst that can happen? He makes a mistake and gives up a TD? Patterson does that once a game now, Hanson does that all the time... We lose nothing by playing the Rookie except experience..

 

Start Trevard Lindley.. There's really no downside to it. He'll do better than any option on the roster right now.
