NBC 13 in Montana is reporting that the Eagles will sign safety Colt Anderson off the Vikings practice squad.
Former Griz Colt Anderson is leaving Minnesota and will sign with the Philadelphia Eagles, that confirmed this evening by a University of Montana Athletic Official on Tuesday.
The Butte native spent the past season and a half as a member of the Vikings practice squad, after signing with them as an undrafted free agent in april 2009.
In college he was voted the recipient of his teams' "headhunter award," so hopefully his game check for this weekend is at least $50,000.
