NFL.com is reporting that the Redskins will have young return man Brandon Banks (who actually knee surgery on November 3rd) and RB Ryan Torain (hamstring) for tonight's game against the Eagles. However, they hear that Clinton Portis will not be able to go.
For the Eagles, Nate Allen & Ellis Hobbs were ruled out earlier this week.
