Michael Vick Has No Broken Bones, LeSean McCoy Has Rib Fracture

Stay connected for news and updates

Andy Reid announced today that Michael Vick has a rib cartilage injury, but no broken bones. LeSean McCoy however, has a rib fracture.

For Vick, there is no specific timeline. Reid said he could practice on Wednesday if the soreness started to go away, but there's no way of knowing. It could be a day to day or week to week injury.

LeSean McCoy suffered a fractured rib at some point in the game but continued to play with it. You would think that means he won't miss games, but a RB is going to get hit in the ribs a lot so this is obviously going to be a touchy injury. Reid really offered no timeline on McCoy either.
