Trash Talk

Guess what... The Cowboys beat the Eagles in the season finale. So, yes, let the trash talk commence.

So far I have seen comments pertaining to Philadelphians living in trailer parks, low intelligence amongst Eagles fans (by the way, Pennsylvanians have a higher IQ than Texans... even though most Cowboys fan don't live in Texas), and the fact that the Cowboys are the "superior team."

Now, I know that I will probably get blog-raped by Cowboys fans for saying this, but I honestly don't care at this point.

Many Cowboys fans speak as if they, and not 53 men in uniforms, won the game. Like cockroaches emerging from the sewers, Cowboys fans crossover after a Cowboys win and attack Eagles fans on a personal level... as if it is a sense of entitlement to do so. They will play the "I told you so" game all week as if they had their hand in the outcome of a game.

So, you have bragging rights for the week, Cowboys fans... but life goes on. I will continue waking up, getting dressed, going to work, coming home, grading a few papers, going to bed, and then repeating the process every Monday through Friday.

The real test is in 7 days and hopefully the tables will turn. But if it doesn't, just remember that you had nothing to do with it. So, stop acting like you do. Thank you for your time and God bless us... everyone.

It's a good thing imo

We’re the team that has to make the coaching adjustments, and we’re the team that has to travel home to Philly tonight, then back to Dallas again next week…

We could use the extra day. I’d rather have the game be on Sunday rather than Saturday.

The Eagles are the first team in NFL history to have a running back and a wide receiver with 500 yards apiece in the same season before their 22nd birthdays.

you just described every fan after their team wins. Yes that means Eagle fans too. I can take the time to go back to some of the trash talk after the 44-6 game if you like and prove the point? I just don’t like when people call out other fans when they do the same……its hypocrisy!!

I'm growing kind of weary of all of this

it makes me feel some idiot with no life posting on a computer.

I have no control over what the Birds do. My life is great… i have a fantastic wife, a great career, and am just a overall happy person

It seems like that's the way many Eagles fans like it.

I came here and didn’t insult any individual poster and was called a fraud, a whore, a frontrunner, a loser, a dipshit, and told to “go suck horse face’s nuts.” Oh, and to choke on several people’s semen.

When that’s the typical conversation from Eagles fans, it’s natural to assume that they generally lack intelligence and would like to engage in personal insults rather than stick to discussing football.

of course it's annoying when fans rub in the win

but honestly, i do it too. i know a few cowboys fans and whenever the eagles win i make sure they’re aware of it.
personal attacks simply show lack of knowledge though. in my opinion we must have a pretty damn good team if the only thing they can insult us about after a 24-0 whooping is our living conditions and intelligence.
