First Rounders I'm Looking At

I've been looking hard trying to find my guys for this year's draft. This years bunch of guys are very intriguing. Especially the guys I am going to list below:

My favorite guy right now is Sergio Kindle the OLB/DE out of Texas. I've been able to watch a few films on this guy and he really has impressed (note I said films and not highlights). This guy seems to have great explosiveness and a good motor as well. If the Eagles draft him I think he would start at DE across from Trent Cole right away. This kid is an absolute beast. Here's some of his film... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qul0KgveR5k

Another guy I like is Earl Thomas (another Texas product). He could be the next Ed Reed or better in mine and many other peoples opinions. He possesses elite recognition skills and many draft specialists say he has the best ball skills of all the safeties in the draft (yes thats including Eric Berry). He is a bit small but he isn't scared of bigger guys and can definitely handle playing the Free Safety position in this league. Here's some film of him in two games this season... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IRrjr5HG_ck

Mike Iupati is one of the best guards that I've seen come out of the draft since well...Shawn Andrews. This guy has great feet and long arms that should make him a dominant guard. A few specialists think he could play tackle as well but I'll take an all-pro rookie guard any day of the year. This would really solidify our offensive line with Peters, Herremans, Whoever, Iuputi, Justice. I can only see the Eagles drafting this guy if Shawn and Stacy dont show improvement. If they do I will be more than happy. I know I sound like a fan that just likes to see exciting things all the time, but drafting a guard sounds so dry and boring in the first round I'd just feel like drafting him would be a waste even though it most definitely wouldn't. Here's a short video on the beast http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GhVxlK5cS8E

The last first rounder that I like is Sean Weatherspoon from Missouri. He is a great athlete but there are two things I absolutely love about this guy. One is the outstanding strength and conditioning program they have at Mizzou. I dont know how many people have seen this but here's a video of Maclin working out at Mizzou. The facilities and equipment are fantastic. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-BloZRzjxTI  The other thing I like about Sean Weatherspoon is the reputation he has received nationally after the Senior Bowl. That is that he is a vocal leader and has great charisma. This guy would be a great leader which we definitely need still in my opinion. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a5o2_31HX9I
