Eagles-Cowboys: Mosley's Key Matchups - NFC East Blog - ESPN
There have been times that Week 17 hasn't had much to offer in terms of competitive games, but this should be a superb matchup. The Cowboys haven't forgotten about being embarrassed by the Eagles, 44-6, in Week 17 last season. This time around, both teams have already qualified for the playoffs but they are each playing for the right to host at least one playoff game. I've spent hours in the Beast film room this week and I'm prepared to offer five key matchups that will prepare your hearts and minds for Sunday's big game:
Eagles Notes: Jones, Harris Doing Safety Shuffle
Against Denver, Sean Jones started at free safety, but Macho Harris played the majority of the game. Who will start Sunday, Jones or Harris? "Whatever the situation dictates, that’s where Sean will go in or Macho will go in," defensive coordinator Sean McDermott said.

I have a feeling that Vick will get more boos in dallas than anywhere else.
"Backs in the 'I'...First and 10...McNabb, play action. Is back again. He is looking..he is going deep. He wants DeSean Jackson..who HAS IT!!! HE HAS IT!!! AND STEPPED INTO THE ENDZONE!! He took it away from the defender!! He took it away from Dominique Rogers-Cromarte, and ran into the endzone!!"

They will boo anyone in an Eagles jersey!
Vick is no different than any other player as when we travel to another teams house, we ALL get booed! Going into Dallas they boo us more than ANY other team in the NFL! But I see what u mean. I just think its funny when people boo Vick “more” becuz I know that if Vick was on their team they would cheer. Maybe not alll their fans, but most! So let them boo. We know whats really up though lol

At least we know that Demps will be an option for Kick Returner this week
and also for some more Safety depth! Especailly now since S.McDerm. still doesnt have a set starter at the safety position! Switching the “starter” label every couple of weeks. We will have more options again…whatever that means hahah

I think the problem is
Sean Jones is not impressing the very much and Macho (NEW at the position of Safety let alone NFL safety) doesnt have the proper experience yet as an NFL safety as he is STILL learning on the spot week in and week out. And Demps well..hasnt been healthy and has also not impressed that coaches enough to be the #1 guy. Then there’s his attitude issue. U guys remember the “..if I would’ve known…., I would’ve tried harder!” Yea. I think McDerm does like to have set “Packages” when it come to which safety he wants to play. But obviously, none of the safeties have really stood out on a consistent basis or else, no matter what the coaches try to sell us, we would’ve had a set consistent true starter buy now. How many good defenses let alone great defenses past or present have constantly played three different safeties..And had it work on a consistent basis! Im not knockn it as maybe this will pan out into something great. Like playing 3 safety sets or whatever. Do we need a set Free safety though!

Only one thing left to say,,,,
