Of all the teams Philly played this year, the most surprising douchenozzles were the Saints fans. Who would have known?

I actually hope the Saints win, because Drew Brees has done so much for that city and is a great human, but these Saints fans are just unbelievable dickbags.

humbled by the fact of having a winning season and being associated with Superbowl talk. Both happen rarely and yet they have to be some of the most cocky fans for such an inept franchise. I was rooting for them this year because of that city and how their fans actually go to the game with brown bas. Yet fans like this make me re-think my logic.

I don’t get the vitriol of the Saints’ fans toward the Eagles. Where does this come from? I’ll root for the Saints because I like Brees and have a good friend who happens to be a Saints fan, but I just really don’t understand the hatred. You’d think a beleaguered franchise like the Saints and their respective fans would share something in common with the Eagles. And let me tell you: their fans are as equally hostile as any you’ll find in South Philly (personal experience).

We HATE the Cowboys. We LOVE seeing them getting destroyed. We made NO comment on who we want to win next week, this is just THIS week. If your team destroyed the Cowboys, we’d say the same things.

We are NOT at the same level as the Chiefs or Raiders, only an idiot would say that. We went 11-5, beat 10 of 11 non-playoff teams. That’s a okay team. A few changes, and we’ll be very legitimate contenders. We’re in the top 12 teams (HELLO WE MADE THE PLAYOFFS!).

This whole post just kinda shows that you have no idea what you’re talking about. Dallas may have destroyed the eagles, but the eagles destroyed the giants, who destroyed the cowboys. We beat up on each other. We’re not at the same level as the chiefs or raiders because we lost twice in a row to one team. The eagles still finished 11-5 in spite of being one of the most injured teams in the league. Comments at that level of ignorance indicate that you’ve probably rarely watched football, and will go back to not watching it once the saints suck again.

Come on dude…everyone knows you can’t always play the “Team A beat Team B and Team B beat Team C; therefore Team A is better than Team C” crap in the NFL. If you could, the Eagles won the Superbowl last year.

The Cowboys are just a (very) bad matchup for the Eagles right now. The Giants, who were clearly worse than the Eagles this year, were a very bad matchup for the Cowboys. I don’t think the Eagles are as bad as they looked the last 2 weeks.

The Cowboys are a very good team, as much as it pains me to say that, but the were also very fortunate injury-wise this year, while the Eagles were very unfortunate.

I am an Eagles fan first and a Saints fan second. Never once saw anything wrong with that. The Eagles are a good team with an explosive offense who just didn’t match up well with the Cowboys this year. The Eagles did make the playoffs and could have had the two seed, so I would they are a tad better than the Raiders. Fluky losses happen. (Tampa Bay anyone?) Eagles are in position to be an NFC contender next year alongside Dallas, New Orleans, and maybe Minnesota.

Eagles fans are only notorious for that stuff because the media won’t let it go. The Jets boo far more draft picks, plenty teams having teams that throw shit and spit and the Eagles never booed an injury. That was a misread situation that has lived on thanks to media using it to fit Eagles fans into a category. Also, we never turn on our teams. We might turn on players that don’t give it their all or better our teams, but never the team.

I am confounded by you. All the Saints fans I know are simply happy with what is happening and humbled by it all. Yet here you are being a douche to make it seem like Saints fans are douches.
