Jeremy Maclin sets record in loss
Hey look! Jeremy Maclin set a record last night!
Rookie receiver Jeremy Maclin not only became the youngest player ever to catch a touchdown pass in the postseason, but he also set a franchise record with 146 yards.
Maclin broke the mark of 142 yards, which was set 21 years ago by tight end Keith Jackson during the Fog Bowl in Chicago.
Yeah, that didn't make me feel any better either. Congrats to him though for the record and a really strong rookie season.

How do you guys think this duo will match up against the likes of Fitz-Boldin, Driver-Jennings, Moss-Welker in the future?
Bright times ahead indeed.

Showed a little fire tonight too, which was nice to see. Very happy with Maclin so far.
I guess we won’t be hearing the whole “He played in a spread offense in college and won’t adapt to the NFL” nonsense anymore.

The Fog Bowl
Thanks for mentioning that, Jason.
If I hadn’t lived in Boston for long enough to make some good Red Sox fan friends who remind me that all the gut punches over the years make it that much sweeter when you do win it all, I’m not sure I’d deal with them all so well.
Still waiting for the Eagles to Bring It Home For Jerome
