Just found out my tickets

for Sundays game are right next to the tunnel that the Eagles use to enter the field. Maybe I’ll get to see myself on Boss Hogg’s “Grander-than-God” TV screen.

How funny would it be if the Eagles got up by alot on the Cowboys, and had the buffer to pay Sav Rocca a “Jumbo-tron” bounty. Hit the TV, get $1000.

And then leak the story just to piss of Jerry and Co.

question for iggles fans

How many teams have played in the super bowl 2 or more times and have never won?

You all should know the answer.

Question for dumb asses

How many championships have the Eagles won before it was actually called the “Super Bowl”?

by Nah_Roots on Jan 1, 2010 7:35 PM EST up reply actions

Because we all forgot how recent your last SB was, Saved by the Bell was still a hit show back then.

Cowboys haven’t won since ‘95 you moron, thanks for making my point. That’s well over a decade ago. They haven’t even won a playoff game since ’96. Pathetic.

Will you be back here after we kick your Cowboy asses on Sunday?

by groot on Jan 1, 2010 9:10 PM EST up reply actions

yes

I will be back.

the Philadelphia eagles are one team that haven’t won a SB and have been in the big game twice.

Also D.McNabb is your version of Danny White. Can’t win the big game and never accept losing a game was his fault.

by oneforthethumb on Jan 1, 2010 9:37 PM EST up reply actions

How many “big games” has Romo won? McNabb has had far more success in big games than Romo. You have nothing.

And I’m not sure what you mean by “never accept losing a game was his fault”. I’ve never seen/heard McNabb shift blame for a loss.

I am pretty

sure within the next few years Romo will have a chance to play in an NFC championship and SB game.

Believe me he won’t choke on the apple the way McNabb did last year and in his only SB appearance.

BTW McNabb is a great let’s yuck it up when he is winning guy. As soon as he starts losing he is no longer smiling and yucking it up with everyone.

Kind of breaks under pressure.

Nothing but a big phony!

Yeah, what a tool not having fun and smiling while losing! I’m sure Tony Romo has that shit-eating grin on his face every time the Cowboys lose a big game in December and January.

I am the people's troll :3™

Ha HA HA

No Jimmy Rollins.

Another big mouth no show Philly player!!

Any chance McCrybaby picks up the phone on the dallas sideline tomorrow when he is knocked out of bounds?

this is football…not baseball…and you saying that about JRoll just makes you sound a hell of a lot dumber…follow baseball for maybe 1/3 of year then come talk to me…and yea i hope he does pick up the phone

guess you also forgot that MVP in 07…the WS in 08? ever hear of a down year? guess not because every year is one for Dallas

by Dlance04 on Jan 2, 2010 2:44 PM EST up reply actions

not really

because I am a yankee fan.

We have an occasional down year but compared to the Philies cmon.

The yankees had a few down years.

The phillies went decades before winning.

You equate a down year to a decade(s)!!

by oneforthethumb on Jan 2, 2010 8:26 PM EST up reply actions

You walked into straight into this one

You are a Yankee’s fan….and a Cowboys fan? And you live….where? Diluth, Iowa? Or Gary, Indiana? Or how about Cheniere, Arkansas?

You are a bandwagon fan, a corporate fan, or both. One is very hesitant to use the word “fan” with you, more like “leming”.

Dope.

ha ha ha

if the phillies won the world series this year you would have said you watched baseball all year.

Rollins yapped before the WS and guess what?

the yanks spanked the Phillies butts and Rollins was the invisible man!!!

So bad you panicked and traded the best left handed pitcher in baseball for a washed up american league picther.

Another year with the city of brotherly love not winning a super bowl.

The only higlight was LT kncki

i'm a cowboys fan

I’m not here to talk shit, but don’t play the dallas fans only talk shit on our website because plenty of eagles fans are talking shit on bloggingtheboys. I come here time to time to read these posts because i happen to enjoy them. I also find it interesting how so many philly fans are discounting what dallas has done this year. Anyway I’m looking forward to a good game on Sunday.

Exaclty right.

It is OK for the Iggles fans to yap on the bloggingboys site.

by oneforthethumb on Jan 1, 2010 9:38 PM EST up reply actions

{raises hand}

Here’s one Eagles fan who isn’t discounting one lick of what Dallas has done this year. We’ve both lost games we shouldn’t have, but we’re both pretty solid, and I think, ridiculously evenly matched.

If we played 100 times, I think the Eagles would take it about 65% with the matchups, but this is one game.

I hope the Eagles can do it, but won’t be surprised if we lose a close one again.

by Bisch on Jan 1, 2010 9:39 PM EST up reply actions

Thanx for that

Any other random thoughts?

Go Eagles
