Florio is an Idiot
The gist is the article is fine - Vick will be putting his money where his mouth is by helping several organizations today. What irked me was the stupidity of the last paragraph. I mean it's possible, don't get me wrong, but crazy things would have to happen for things to play out this way.

For me, Florio is a very up and down type of writer. I think he write unlike any other NFL reporter out there and I think that is what led to the connection with NBC.
Some of the articles he writes I agree with 100% and he tends to be pretty funny. However, I agree with you on this one. If the Eagles had any question about Donovan being their QB the next two years, they wouldn’t have thrown extra money at him when they weren’t obligated to do so.

Florio is like a revolving door he just regurgitates anything and everything he hears wrong or right.
I could call him up right now tell him I’m close to the Eagles and that they were going to trade Donovan McNabb to the Saskatchewan Roughriders and you would see this pop up on PFT within minutes.
