OK, maybe you don't like him anymore or respect what he's done the last two years, but you gotta love that the guy can make fun of himself.

I am sick of the Favre hoopla as much as the next guy, but he always seemed like a cool guy. But that crackback block he threw last week on Eugene Wilson (in a preseason freakin game nonetheless) was absolutely terrible.

I doubt he realized how bad it was at the time. People are giving him a bunch of grief over it, he made a poor block and went blind into a defender, it was an accident.

Yeah, he really hasn’t had to block all that much during his career. I mean come on, he was just trying to make a play but he messed up badly.

very true, not a block he does 3 times a season. He’s played long enough and has never been accused of being a dirty player. I’ll give him a break on this one, but still wish it didn’t happen in the preseason none the less.

I don’t think he is a dirty player, nor do I think he did it on purpose. But, the fact that he has played so long is precisely my point… of all people, he should know that blocks like that can end careers.

I think we all agree that he shit the bed, but it seems to me that he just sorta missed. I can forgive him for that.
