Breaking: McNabb, Westbrook, & Curtis inactive for today's game

PrintThe Eagles have announced that Donovan McNabb, Brian Westbrook, & Kevin Curtis will all be inactive for today's game against the Chiefs. McNabb and Curtis were expected, but most reports suggested that Brian Westbrook would be able to play. I have to wonder whether the wet conditions played a factor in Andy Reid's decision to shut Westbrook and his sore ankle down?
The absences of Curtis and Westbrook mean that rookies Jeremy Maclin and Lesean McCoy, the Eagles first and second round picks respectively, will get their first career starts.

Your 2010/2011 starting offense: Kevin Kolb, LeSean McCoy, Jeremy Maclin, and DeSean Jackson.
Although Dewayne Bowe out for the Chiefs. So that means Chiefs’ offense is Matt Cassel and 2.9 YPC Larry Johnson.
(And when did Bowe get injured?)

Looking at the inactives...
I guess I can understand why we have Garcia active since only two that are on there are healthy but I would still probably have Babin or McGlynn active over Garcia.

I didn’t get Westbrook, but I grabbed McCoy knowing he’d get a couple starts. Lets see if my late pick works!
