I’d like to know too. Brown and Gibson have both caught more passes from Kevin this year than Desean and Kevin Curtis. One of them should see some time during this game.

I'd say the rose comment was sending a little message to Reid

But, it was pretty funny. Reggie doesn’t seem to fit in with the current bunch of receivers they have. But, I do think he is a good NFL receiver and letting him rot on the bench is a bit unfair. It’s a screwed up situation. The Eagles kind of messed up by giving him that contract.

Sometimes it's just fun to take the family for a spin around the lake in the old boat. Even if it's not your family or your boat, and they're screaming for you to stop.

I said this before and i will say it again...

Reggie Brown will be the starter if any one of our starters go down. Maclin and Gibson are not ready to start and Avant is God of the Slot.

Baskett was cut because…

1. Reggie is better than him( look at stats when both were starting) People tend to forget he was a 60 catch guy.

2. We all should know by now. The cap hit the Eagles will take if they cut Brown.

3. Our Special teams don’t need Basket anymore. 85 yard punt return TD on first punt return of the season. We should be fine.

I think Reggie is a good receiver

But, it seems like he has not played up to his contract. It seems like the Eagles out-thought themselves when they offered Reggie his current contract and it’s a big albatross hung around their neck with this situation. Reggie doesn’t fit with the current number of receivers they have and the contract makes him unmovable.
