if we stay in the lead like this till the 4th
do ya think well see Kolb?
You dont like my IGGLES???!!!! well you can just suck my VICK!
Well, we certainly won't see Vick.
But maybe we’ll see Kolb for a few plays, then AJ—y’know, to increase trade value
Let's not get ahead of ourselves
Three TDs is a lot, but it’s hardly insurmountable. The Eagles scored 21 points in five minutes.

Let’s get a quick TD, rest our starters, no injuries, and let the kids get their feet wet.

You should hear the shock of the guy at NFL Redzone
At the Philly score, and the fact that Tampa is on pace with Dallas. It’s like his whole talking-head world is upside down.
McDermott doing the job so far
Nice mix of personnel at the line confusing the Panthers. I really like him moving Cole around on passing downs. I hope JJ is watching this from above!

I guess Winston Justice finally learned to bite..
I don’t see anyone getting past him. Well. very few people. Hes even holding off Peppers.
And maybe he never *was* an LT.
Perhaps playing a guy in his proper position allows him to succeed.

No shame in getting hosed by Umi that one time...
if he becomes a good RT.
That was Big Reds fault.
He put Justice out there by himself, and in the wrong position against one of the best D-lines in the league.

The O-line is going to have some fun this half
I liked Nick Cole pulling on Westbrook’s first 10+ yd run (on the same play where Peters destroyed his man 15 yds down the field). I want to see this O-line RUN BLOCK this half!
Firing on all cylinders
Special teams TD
Defense TD
MC 2TD
Westbrook 1 TD
My pick NO vs. Philly NFC Title game
Buck
is playing well. And he’ll have more touches since Moreno is getting injured quite a bit.

I just feel bad for the guy. He’s a wack job. And I’m saying that knowing we have Bret Myers on our team.

DENVER
Orton just threw this ball up with like 20 seconds left, and it was tipped to be batted down by a Bengals defender, but Stokley or someone ran by and snatched it out of the air and ran for like 90 yards it was rediculous.
Feh.
My brother is a Bumbles fan. He’s going to be suicidal. Even more so than usual.

No
He was a three-year starter with a completion percentage about 60% and drafted in the second round. He was supposed to be ready to take over by now.

Yeah, but he came from a spread offense and played for a small school.

That depends. The rest of the NFC south looks pretty weak right now.
They could easily take that, even with no D.

Upside, 2-1 going into the bye was pretty likely anyway, then they have the Bucs and Raiders.
Of course, as bad as Kolb looks, these games are a lot more in doubt.
by Tracer Bullet on Sep 13, 2009 4:22 PM EDT up reply actions
He's still out there
And Garcia is available.

Which is more impressive guys?
that we held Smith to 21 yards on 3 rec
or
that we held them to 86 yrds rushing on a 2.9 average?
RIP Jim Johnson. You will truly be missed.
McNabb out 2-4 weeks is the rumor on Postgame Live.
Cracked ribs.
Fuck the Panthers.
I wonder if I can bill Jeff Lurie and Peter Angelos for the years of therapy their teams are going to put me through.
44 points from Philadelphia D on fantasy
And we were all worried…
RIP Jim Johnson. You will truly be missed.
What we learned
1) Kevin Kolb blows (any intelligent person knew this way before the game)
2) The Eagles defense is fired up
3) We need McNabb to stay healthy. Because Andy Reid has some ridiculous man-crush on a fucking terrible second-string QB and won’t get a decent backup like Garcia off the waiver wire.
If we beat the saints at home next week, and i think we will, we have a great chance of starting at least 5-0
