You think this will be available in full to watch later?

I can see it from where I’m sitting at work, but with no sound :(

They just basically said...

….that the whole interview would be on the 60 Minutes website…

Cool, thanks ...

… In this day and age, pretty much anything is available on the internet for free. They don’t care how you watch, just that you do.

I was just hoping that’s how CBS likes it.

Like I said before

if he, Vick, is serious about repairing his reputation and proving his sincerity he should open some no-kill shelters.

While that would be helpful

It’s less about saving a few dogs and more about using his name recognition and story to turn others away from the same path he walked.

Anyone can donate cash or work at a shelter, he might be the only person who can reach the backwoods areas where dogfighting and animal abuse is culturally permissible.

Yeah. Backwoods areas. Like Camden.

About 10 minutes ago, I was pondering my own existence. Then I decided that it didn't matter.

Ha! I think the people kill eachother more there than dogs.

good interview

but actions speak louder than words. ill give him a shot to prove himself, but if he fucks up, ill be the first in line to run him out of town! other than that, good luck!

My first and last statement on the matter

The fact that Dungy is involved actually makes a big difference to me. I understand his motivation, and I understand how he hoped to make a connection with Vick and what he hoped would come of it (I say this as one who supports prision ministries). Unless Dungy is a fool and has been totally tricked by Vick, I put my trust in his judgement on this matter. I do not believe Dungy is a fool, so I expect to see a change in Vick’s behavior which will be both immediate and lasting. I have seen too many lives transformed to not have faith in such a change being possible.

I still wish that the Eagles had not sullied their image by hiring the man, but it would be hipocritical of my to say he deserves a chance at redeption by playing in the NFL as long as he does not play on the team I root for. I will be rooting for him, both as an Eagle and more importantly as a man who shattered his life and caused death in such callous ways to atone for his past and become a better man.

Is that your standard Signature Line Quote

….or was that just placed there given the Vick subject matter?

Best Offense in the NFL

Yeah, it's my standard

and an old saying, which doesn’t have to do with dog fighting as a sport, but an observance in general of life. I was aware of the irony with regards to this subject, however didn’t change the tagline. If that diminished what I say, I’ll have to live with it.
