3 or 4 QBs?

Enough of talking about Vick like he's a child molester who was just given a second chance to teach daycare. He did a bad thing. In prison they tell prisioners to turn their life around and they'll get a second chance. Vick appears to be doing that. Let's see what happens and take it from there.

Ok now... Do you think we'll keep 3 or 4 QBs? Either way who will be the odd man out? Is Feeley done? Maybe Basket?

I'm still thinking about it myself but would love to hear the opinions of others.

me think Kolb...

1. is not playing well
2. injury is more serious than the coaches are eluding too
3. is not who we thought he was
4. do not talk about fight club

& might be done, Feeley plays well & has always been reliable, we don’t know what we’ll get from Kolb

I don’t see why we would keep 4 so hopefully we can get something for Kolb because there is really no point in keeping him around.

Kinda hoping that Kolb gets traded...

I never really thought he would amount to much with the Eagles from what I saw of him. I think we could at least get something for him though and look for a future QB possibly in a future draft. I don’t get to see him in practice or training camp or anything (living in Wisconsin)…so I could be mistaken.

Anyone thought this far ahead?????

I think the Eagles are looking for something else. I feel that they might let Vick play in a blowout game and run up his stats., if he gets to play at all this year, then use him as a trade prospect for next year or before the trade deadline this year. Just some thoughts as to how this might work out for those of us who are not happy that we signed Vick, but still love the EAGLES…

Ya I felt this way too. I have only heard great things about Kolb so I don’t think that Vick is here to be the heir apparent. I think he’ll help out with the last two preseason games and then use philadelphia as place to train and wait until another quarterback somewhere around the league goes down. Maybe this is all wishful thinking but a Michael Vick who has been training in a system and active in the community could make for a good trade. I mean if we can get draft picks out of this, it would be one of the smartest things I’ve seen our FO do.

McNabb, Kolb and Vick all have a possible two years remaining… I’m of the opinion that they’re weighing they’re gonna end up weighing their options. However just to be clear in no way would I take Vick at any point of his career over the Mcnabb of last year. Vick is younger though and apparently Reid and company know a thing or two about training a QB. They’re not taking on Vick just to play the good guy or be nice or however you want to put it…

Take out that first weighing… I’ve been drinking… My bad…

i think kolbs hurt worse than they say...

i got a feeling kolb goes on the ir soon, if not its even tougher to cut down the roster,
if they want to just cut someone it has to be feely, even tho he looked good las nite, but if they are lookin to trade its kolb and one of the 20 wrs for a decent pick or decent te, but also they didnt work vick out b4 signing him so dont look for any qb moves til they have to make the 53 man roster

How is his roster space going to work?

If Vick is suspended for the first 6 games, is he on a separate inactive list or do they have to carry him on the 53 man roster and deactivate him for the first 6 games?

Sometimes it's just fun to take the family for a spin around the lake in the old boat. Even if it's not your family or your boat, and they're screaming for you to stop.
