Who's the biggest criminal in sports?

I'm curious to see how fans view Vick as compared to some of the other convicted or accused criminals in sports. I'm focusing on those who were convicted/accused yet were (or will be) forgiven and allowed to return to their sport.

So OJ doesn't count because his troubles began way after his playing days were over, and while I can't recall any names now, I know there were a few athletes formally convicted of murder who got locked in a hole for good. I'm also looking past drugs (for now), or this list would never end.

And by all means let me know if I'm missing someone.

Poll
Who's the biggest thug in sports?
Michael Vick (convicted for interstate dog fighting)
10 votes
Leonard Little (convicted for manslaughter, settled with victims out of court)
19 votes
Ray Lewis (indicted for murder, charges dismissed, settled with victims out of court)
28 votes
Donte Stallworth (convicted for manslaughter, settled with victims out of court)
4 votes
Kobe Bryant (accused of rape, settled out of court)
2 votes
Pacman Jones (convicted for being an idiot...)
24 votes

manslaughter is a mistake...

a ENOURMOUSLY BIG, HUGELY HUMONGUOUS, GARGANTUIAN, LIFE CHANGING mistake….you still killed a human being….and its still a crime.

stubbing your toe is a mistake … getting behind the wheel of a car drunk is stupid and there is no mistake involved.

Isee your points I just cant see how anyone consiouly can do what he did. I understand the argument for the other guys when they say they were in the wrong place at the wrong timeand made a dumb move once but I just feel this is different

Dogs vs. people

Why cant people see the difference.

I am an Eagles fan... therefore I am now a fan of Mike Vick

because dogs are lovable and kind and beautiful and innocent and blah blah.

People think that, because they ascribe human emotion to their dogs, their dogs are therefore human. Its an understandable reaction because a dog can be the closest emotional attachment that some people have with anything, human or otherwise.

The fact is they are not and never will be on an equal level as people.

About 10 minutes ago, I was pondering my own existence. Then I decided that it didn't matter.

not only that but he had people cover up for him … then turned around and cut a deal saying he would testify that they did it. Class right there.

Final Answer...

Plaxico Burress.

TWO YEARS!!!!! DAMN!!!!! Destined to serve more time than all the other candidates combined.

Poor guy. Dumb as a nail, but my heart goes out to him nonetheless.
