Brian Westbrook in camp, running without a brace

PrintGreat news for Eagles fans and anyone betting on the Eagles to make a serious playoff run this year... Brian Westbrook is at Lehigh and is working without a brace, showing no visible limps or ill effects from his recent ankle surgery. Westbrook was seen jogging and doing various flexibility drills with Eagles head trainer Rick Burkholder.
While Westbrook won't be available to practice with the team until mid-August, and unlikely he'll play much if at all in the preseason... it is a very positive sign to him out of the field and moving around without problems.

Haha this is great!! If Westy is 100% by week 1 (and it’s starting to look like he will be), we should have an awesome offense this year. I’m pumped! GO BIRDZ!!!
