philadelphiaeagles.com …. page 5 trent coles work out video … there was only 3 people in the gym … trent cole stacy andrews and desean … so yes he has hit the weights hard if you ask me … but hes stayed about the same weight according to his interview so if anything he just dropped more body fat from what very little he had … then again if he started taking creotine then that could also be contributing …

He said he didn’t run that much in the off season just hits the weights.
That’s actually a good thing. Most olympic athletes I’ve encountered don’t even run in the off season jsut strength train…too much running = burnt out during the season. Curtis martin’s best season came when he held off on running until real close to the start of pre season.
