Derek from IgglesBlog has stumbled upon a treasure trove of quarterback stats. It's an excellent read and I would suggest that everyone takes some time and checks it out. Some of the results will probably surprise you. They did me.

Let the debates begin...

…I couldn’t believe the passes dropped stat compared to the league-wide average. Amazing.

Also, as one of the comments noted, the one stat I’d love to see (probably impossible to generate) is how often wide receivers are open. If our dropped passes are not a bigger problem as that for guys like Warner, Manning, Brady (i.e. guys with great targets) then I wonder if it’s our WRs who just can’t get open.

i would like to know where he got that info… is this another one of those, “well this wr is pissed so the eagles must want him” things?

doesn’t he claim to be friends with McNabb … maybe he’s lobbying.

god knows… at this point, I won’t believe anything involving a WR until it happens and said wr is at a press conference at the nc complex in a midnight green jersey

even then I’ll still be skeptical, until there facebook status is updated … then I’ll believe.

Guys, guys, guys...

My sister’s former roommate’s boyfriend’s uncle’s 3rd cousin said that Ocho Cinco has already packed his bags and is en route to the Novacare complex.

P.S. I have no sister.

oh yeah? well my cousin’s ex-girlfriend’s dad’s co-worker’s son’s therapist’s doctor’s husband knows a guy who said ocho cinco is actually at the novacare complex signing a contract right now.

a tweet is as good as gold as far as I’m concerned.

speaking of the Bungles… it’s looks as if they’ve signed Tank Johnson… couldn’t think of a better fit better fit for either of them
