Bryan Smith DE makes the team as well, he had a nice camp and was a 3rd round pick

Can't remember the last time we carried 2 FB's that weren't projects

Sad to say it, but unless Eckel can get some burn at HB, he won’t make the team.

And yea… we always carry 3 TE’s

On paper, we look pretty sick...

I kinda like this post… it gives us a full snapshot of what to expect. I feel comfortable with this depth.. I don’t know how we would pull off Moreno, Coffman, & Robinson with only one first and a later second.. I feel all of those guys wil be gone a third of the way through the 2nd.

Eckel

I don’t know about you, but I like Eckel more than i like Booker.. I think with Westbrook and Moreno, Eckel would be a pure short yardage back.
Evertime i think of Booker, i just see him getting smacked to the ground like smacked by a fly swatter..
Yes, we will only carry 1 FB and we do need to add a TE to the mix.

I also think Sean Jones will give Quinten Demps a run for the starting safety position.

My thoughts (going down your list):

We won’t have 2 fullbacks…Eckel’s out!

Ummm…have to think Andy’s gonna want a 6th WR (which will probably be a little rookie capable of returning kicks)

We will Def. have 3 TEs on the roster

Dan Klecko will back up Bunkley on the line

Bryan Smith will make the roster at DE

Joe Mays has a lot to prove, he was awesome in preseason, but he’s little for MLB

DeSean Jackson won’t return kicks if he’s going to start WR in his 2nd year.

I don’t see much room for rookies on the roster honestly…RB obviously, and a couple TEs, a WR (maybe we bring Shaheer McBride up from PS)…MAYBE a Safety if Baker gets beat out for the job at camp…I don’t see any rookie lineman on the active roster with Peters signing and Dunlap and McGlynn in the wings from the PS

he will be lucky to make the team .. and if duke falls to us in the second hes cut .. dukes a stud .. and MJG will push heremans for his starting spot .. klecko is cut .. good job not including him .. i think we draft pettigrew not moreno .. but still its a realistic roster .. except eckel wont make the team either .. also i see parker getting cut if howard doesnt go to tackle

Booker will not be the punt returner

He struggled returning kick offs during last year’s preseason. I agree that he probably makes the roster, but he will not be returning punts or kick offs.

I would not be surprised if the Eagles try to find a new punter.
