I was wondering about him

I noticed his name on the Eagles roster on NFL.com today, but nowhere else

He is, in all likelihood, indeed just a body for the camp, but crazier things have happened

Apparently he didn’t play at all last year and was signed as an undrafted free agent by San Diego. But does anyone actually know anything about this guy? I mean I figure he’ll be a special teams player or something like that, but I’m still curious to hear something about him.

Sax...you beat me by a coople of minutes!

Just looked this guy up and found out he indeed came from the alma mater of our beloved T.O. The school website only shows he was there for 2 years ’05 and ’06.

He played 11 games each season with almost identical stats. 217 and 215 attempts, 1233 and 1250 yds, 11 and 7 TDS, 15 and 18 receptions and 137 and 139 yards respectively. I don’t expect him to do much unless he was literally the only player on that team that only got 2 wins his senior year. He did sit for 2 years on San Diego’s practice squad though. Obviously not L.T’s replacement

i agree...

we could have had ward for a decent price. i know he’s not an all-pro or anything, but it’s also not like the eagles don’t have a few dollars to kick around. i’m guessing the f.o. will address running back in one of their first round picks, but if they don’t, someone is going to get slapped.
