Apparently, the OL that didn’t move was the only one that did what he was supposed to do on that play. The rest of the o-line screwed up.
It’s part of the FSU playbook. It’s supposed to be a play where the entire o-line doesn’t move a muscle. It’s designed to get the defensive line to hesitate (thinking it’s a dead play) for even the slightest second and allow a big offensive play.
