I really just happened upon this site and wanted to respond my self.i am aiso a writer i write and perform spoken word dont kill me fellas but its poetry! but i have some bad habits caps on and all that and i usaully have time to go back and correct spelling you see as a poet i type fast as hell to keep up with the flow of my thought s so that i dont lose them and thats what i did here! but you know what i found out here and i want to thank you all,know one would expect to find a bunch of passinate guys who love what they write about knows what their writing about and knows the proper way to format a sentence using proper grammer and spelling i know this isnt about sports right now but maybe it is! i say this to say you guys are not a bunch of dumb jocks your smart and cool and im glad i tripped and came here and i have a feeling that i can learn a lot from you guys that can help me become a better writer…so thank you NPK really!

Well i picked up on basketball all by myself, my family was always huge Eagles fans and we had season tickets at the Vet, and everything but they didnt really watch much of the Sixers. When we moved to L.A, all the city talked about was the Lakers, and like they always are back then they were winning. My first trip to the Forum and i knew i wanted to be a Laker fan. And yea it was horrible to watch sports back then with all the losing but i just look at like its gonna feel so great whenever it is we actually win the Superbowl.

Andy Reid is 43-5 when running the ball at least 30 times in a game( Ray Diddy on Eagles Post Game Live after Bears Victory)
But hes 9 years three teams, retirement removed from those great years. Hes still a good scorer but mostly on jump-shots, back then he would be attacking on every play, now its mostly jumpshots which shot by a 6 foot player is easily a dependable shot. He’ll get his 15-20 points a night but his play making ability wont be the same.

With that said – I would definitely try and make it to a game if Iverson came back. I had his jersey at one point but once he left Philly I kinda stopped following basketball. Its always been Eagles before anything and then the Phillies. It would be a good thing for him to come back to the City of Phila though.
