Beforehand, let me apoligize for my spelling, i'm drunk.
I've been following this site for a couple of years now, loving every second of it as I assume most of you do.
Now, I feel like it's about time for me to contribute to this site, in the sense of providing related info, interesting debate-topics etc., along the lines of the all time great members of BGN like Route36, anuj, JIBTA (I don't give shit, he is amusing, priceless) and, I guess, some guy called bye, dawk :( (?), and not in the form of fan shots, or, for that matter fan posts like CalHadDjaxFIRST.
OK, I've got a few questions to help me , like, you know, get the jargon of this group of (Eagles) fans. Maybe someone out there is thinking the same, if not, please just educate me:
/cobb'd *cobbed coobd or whatever, I understand this is a reference to an sports writer when you misspell somthing right? what's the story behind that?
How the eff do i block qoute? :o) yeah, imma retard
Any decent sites I have to check out being an Eagles fan? I'm on igglesblog.com, phillysports.com, football outsiders.com and some random sites every day, but anyone else i should be visiting aswell?
I'm sick of streaming the games via misc. sites, the feed's laggin and disappearing all the time, so anyone got a clue as to what i should invest in, i'm thinking the NFL gamepass?
That's all I can remember right now, more will eventually be added in the comment-section.
Oh wait, i got one more, what's your opinion on Andy using DJax in the redzone last night?

1. Cobb’d is a reference to Gary Cobb. He runs an Eagles blog/rumor/news site (gcobb.com) and is generally regarded by us as unreliable, and since he misspells things all the time any time we screw up, we reference his name as a verb.

3. Igglesblog is good, I also like the salary cap info at eaglescap.com, he breaks down each player’s contract and its effect on the cap
4. I’m not in Philly either so I invested in a weekly spot at my local sports bar w/ the NFL ticket.
5. I don’t think DeSean was used any differently last night. The play broke down, and McNabb scrambled, so DeSean just got open.

The day that JJ passed away, the headline on Cobb’s site was the following: “Jim Johnson is Dead”. It was the first confirmation I got about his death, and the fact that this MORON had been so classless as to write the news in that format was the last straw for me. I have a ritual and progression in the way that I check out Eagles news on different sites, but at that moment I swore that I would never visit that asswipe’s site again. Since that fateful day I have not been back to that waste of a website and will never again go there. He is an uneducated, classless fool who doesn’t even know how to spell. So what is he was a LB for the Eagles at some stage, would you hurry over to check out the site every day if Dhani Jones suddenly had the bright idea of starting an Eagles blog?
Fuck you Garry Cobb. That day you showed how little class you have.
