and I think there was no risk when the play was clearly a reception that’s what replay is for and scoring on the opening drive at home is VERY important.

The 49ers player was on the EAGLES SIDE OF THE BALL! If they had just snapped the ball it would have been offsides on the 49ers and the clock would be stopped. Weaver was actually doing something smart.

He could have easily done that before the 49ers player got back on his side of the ball. If the Eagles linemen had gotten lined up instead of rubbernecking at the fight, we could have gotten a positive play out of that. Don’t just blame Weaver.
