Does anybody else miss Lito?
I know it's in the past but am I the only person who thinks we should have kept Lito and traded Sheldon when he wanted to be traded? I do like the fact that we had asante, lito, sheldon and ellis hobbs all at cb. we had very good depth there and i just feel like Lito was too important to our secondary to let him leave. Also I have nothin against sheldon brown i just think if we had to trade one of them i would have rather it been him then lito.

shaking my head too...
…Sheldon is a beast and Lito had to go. AND are you really trying to say that Lito was better than Sheldon . . really!? As the guys on Monday Night Football would say . . .C’Mon Man!
But . . .with Lito playing as well as he is these days, we might get a 2nd rounder out of it.

Well,
We were long overdue for a burst of pure idiocy on the boards.
I’m just surprised it didn’t come from JIBTA.
Also, I know this sounds snobby, but it bothers me when people don’t bother to capitalize, form sentences, or spell correctly in their posts.

this post is a joke! Sheldon out plays Lito any SUNDAY!
Only time Lito was good, was when he had his speed
After he got injured, he was never the same!
sheldon is the most under-rated CB in league!!
Can u say “PRO BOWL”!!??? lol (well deserved!)
haha

What I do miss is well rounded CB’s like Taylor and Vincent. I suppose Sheldon is pretty well rounded, but Asante is not. He is great at reading QB’s and jumping routes, and while he does get his fair share of picks, he can get exploited by a good QB. His tackling also leaves a lot to be desired.
Would you rather have 2 Brown’s or 2 Samuel’s? Hands down, I would take 2 Brown’s.

That guy was a BEAST.

No, never.
Brown is the better corner right now and Lito is hurt again this year as if to prove it was the right decision.
I am afraid I don't understand
Sheldon Brown is one of the best corners in the league (and my favorite Eagle). Why would an injured Lito be better? And your grammar is shockingly bad.
"Right now Winston Justice is the guy...until that person gets back out there"
Get your facts together
First of all, we never had Asante, Sheldon, Lito, and Ellis. Ellis just came in the offseason and Lito left in the offseason. We traded Lito away before we got Ellis.
Second of all, last time I checked, not only is Lito injured as well, he was benched by week 5 behind a no named corner at the Jets. Lito has been going down hill for the longest. Sheldon (with the exception of his injury these last few weeks) he is one of the better and consistent corners of the league.

The ONLY thing I miss about Lito is how he ALWAYS seemed to have a pick against the Cowboys and some of them for TD's.
Other than that I could care less cause Sheldon is the MAN!!
wow… this kid got blown away. is there anything left for me to be said??

I suppose you could make baseless personal attacks or start posts with a topic line of “no way” and then make several meaningless arguments to support your case, all seperated by ellipses.
I suppose thats left.

You're horrible, too :)
Chill, man. Just because you think something is bad doesn’t mean everyone does. For the record, I did like Sheldon more than Lito. But just say that you disagree. I could poke holes in some stuff you wrote too, I bet. :)

Bro, please put your computer away and never touch it again...
just kidding..
No fucking way we take Lito over sheldon. Sheldon is the better corner. Lito sucks.

I know it’s in the past but am I the only person who thinks we should have kept FRED-EX and never picked Deseasn Jackson when our pick came up? I do like the fact that we had Desean Jackson, Harold Carmichael, Kevin Curtis, FRED-EX all at wr. we had very good depth there and i just feel like FRED-EX was too important to our team morale to let him leave. Also I have nothin against Desean Jackson i just think if we could only have one of them we should have the one who has a clever dance/mime/nickname for different game situations.

You are exactly right.
Desean Jackson lacks several things that make Freddie Mitchell a stud receiver.
1. Desean Jackson has never made, endorsed, or worked for a company that produced a coffee based product that increased the size and turgidity of the male penis. http://magicpowercoffee.com/ That’s a MAJOR strike against him
2. Desean Jackson’s name is far too difficult to work into a nickname that features a robust connection to a world-wide delivery company. I have experimented with various permutations such as Desean “United Parcel Service” Jackson, or “Gulotta Moving and Hauling” Jackson, but none has the same ring as Fred-ex. Strike 2.
3. 4th and 26. Need I say more. I don’t think Desean makes any plays that are less than 50 yards. Sorry, Desean.
"Right now Winston Justice is the guy...until that person gets back out there"
that
was actually quite entertaining… Good job.

No
That being said, what are we getting from the Lito deal? Probably nothing beyond that 5th rounder this past year, yes?
