Brian Westbrook will practice Wednesday

At his day after new conference, Andy Reid updated the status of Brian Westbrook.

Westbrook "did exercise and he's going to exercise again today," Reid said. "He felt good during the exercise when he did it this past weekend. One of the days he woke up with a slight headache, Saturday morning, but it wasn't anything to worry too much about. He's feeling pretty good and we'll see how he does here the closer we get to Wednesday.

"He's not going to do contact, which is not unusual for what we do as a team out there. We'll just see how he feels, he'll go through a normal practice ... We're going to be cautious anyway. We're going to make sure that he's okay to perform and we're not going to do anything to put him in jeopardy."

Another weapon? Yeah, give me that.

Jeez, finally.

We need some weapons in the back field. It’s like AR completely forgot that there is a running game.

Oh wait, I’m sorry, I thought it was 2008, not 2009.

Welcome back Brian. Just in time for the Cowgurls who are now our competition in the division. Who would have thunk that 3 weeks ago?

Who woulda thunk 50/50 pass to run, with three (possibly four) reliable weapons back there?

Man...

…it’s still hard to believe we put up 40 on the G-Men without notorious Giant Killer Brian Westbrook. And what a treat to be able to add him to an already-explosive offense.

Just think of the days of Thrash and Pinkston and how far we’ve come brothers!
