Trotter and Samuel In, Stacy Andrews Out
The inactives have been announced and Stacy Andrews highlights the healthy scratches. Asante Samuel, who missed a chunk of practice with a neck injury, is slated to start. Jeremiah Trotter's knee will also not keep him out of the action. The veteran is expected to split starting time with Joe Mays.
