Isdaner Replaces Fanaika on the Practice Squad
A mini player rotation has swirled through the NFC East during the days leading up to Thanksgiving. Yesterday, it was announced that the Redskins had signed offensive guard Paul Fanaika off of the Eagles practice squad. Today, the Eagles have replaced the 2009 7th round selection with former Cowboys LG Greg Isdaner. The rookie free agent spent the 2009 preseason with Dallas, only to be released during the final roster cuts. Here are some quick stats about the newest player to put on an Eagles uniform:
Number: 68
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 325 lbs
College: West Virginia
Accolades: 3-year starter, ESPN first-team All-America Honors '08

Isdaner is a local philly product
I went to high school with him right on city line. He is a beast, and a very smart player. Im glad the birds are giving him a look by signing him to the practice squad

Very good player great pickup for you all
As a WVU fan I saw alot of him I i’m wondering what took so long for him to get picked up. Side note why hasn’t Dan Moses not been picked up by anyone

He seems good enough but I will have to take your word for it.
You can't soar with the Eagles when you're surrounded by turkeys.

Weel when you play in a option read spread team you have to hold you block long enough for the QB to make his read
Then you got to get upfield to start laying out guys for guy slike Pat White, Steve Slaton, Noel Devine and Jock Sanders so he should be a good pick up for you all
