I’m watching the Skins game right now for the sole purpose of rooting for Dawkins/Buckhalter

Or just rooting for continued redskin misery?

Carolina-Atlanta

is the most interesting one for me. Carolina has looked better of late and if they pull off the upset over Atlanta that would be big for us.

by tanman5 on Nov 15, 2009 1:44 PM EST reply actions

Agreed

Although I don’t think the Falcons are that good. It really looks like an obvious six playoff teams in the NFC.

by cwel87 on Nov 15, 2009 2:00 PM EST up reply actions

are you counting the falcons in that six?

I’m assuming you’re saying NO, Min, us, Dallas, Arizona, and Atlanta? Or do you think the Giants will come back?

by tanman5 on Nov 15, 2009 2:01 PM EST up reply actions

Woah

Rocky MacIntosh just did a Trotter axe move. Not cool

Tennessee better when inserting VY in as starter…coincidence, poor competition or just team confidence in VY, cause I’m pretty sure it ain’t that VY is a great QB :)

Wasn’t looking at today, just in general, plus Buffalo sucks at everything don’t they?

Cinci passes on 53 yd FG attempt after missing 51 yd FG earlier in the game…

by jemagee on Nov 15, 2009 1:49 PM EST up reply actions

yup

and of course, I am starting Shayne Graham in fantasy. Could have 10 points instead I have 0

Or gets credit for wins he doesn’t deserve…

Eh

He takes care of the football and makes plays with his feet.

Observers of football severely underestimate that third dimension a fleet-footed quarterback adds to the offense.

by cwel87 on Nov 15, 2009 2:07 PM EST up reply actions

So do certain Eagles Head Coaches.

by jemagee on Nov 15, 2009 2:08 PM EST up reply actions

He makes plays with his feet often for the same reason Vick did – god awful thrower

by jemagee on Nov 15, 2009 2:08 PM EST up reply actions

Actually

Buffalo isn’t bad against the pass. They have Jairus Byrd and are ranked 11th against the pass in the NFL. Tom Brady had a bad game against them, Mark Sanchez threw 5 picks.

The Saints are tied with the Rams...

I am officially no longer even upset about the fact they keep winning.

by cwel87 on Nov 15, 2009 2:16 PM EST reply actions

Saints-Rams tied 14-14 at the half.

Wow.

RIP Jim Johnson, best ever.

Who cares

You know the Saints are going to win haha

by Team Serbia on Nov 15, 2009 2:31 PM EST up reply actions

They'll pull it out of their asses, I'm sure

But this is becoming more and more reminiscent of Jauron’s 13-3 Bears or Vermeil’s 13-3 Chiefs, where each team relied on one side of the football to carry them and got lucky, often, on the opposite side of the football.

Fortunately, both squads lost in the first round of the playoffs they participated in (each had a first-round bye). Here’s hoping history repeats itself.

Why are the Jets not running the ball more? I swear I see Jones gashing them every time he touches the ball.

Well losing Orton (can’t believe I’m saying this) really didn’t help the cause.

Lucky Saints do it again

The Rams played them within five points. Hiiiiiilarious.

by cwel87 on Nov 15, 2009 4:09 PM EST up reply actions

Cincinnati did it

If somebody told you Cincinnati would be 7-2 with sweeps of the Steelers and Ravens, what would you have said?

And if it’s not for that incredible play by Stokley, this is an 8-1 team.
