Quick Thought: Why couldn't the Panthers have been this bad last year when we had their 1st round pick?

Because Panthers hates the Eagles.
And they like to smite the Eagles to no end.
RIP Jim Johnson, best ever.

when i heard about the ssmith/lucas fight in preseason last year i was doing backflips. i already had a deposit down on my kelly green crabtree throwback. thought top5 for sure.
Trading their first to SanFran (for Mr. 1tackle, Everrette Brown) might go down as being an even worse move than reupping delhomme (which was endlessly stupid).

I thought the same thing
Delhomme is averaging like 3 turnovers a game. Why couldn’t he have played like this when we needed it?
Though, the trade for Peters and Maclin were great offseason moves with the first round picks. Not sure what more they would have done with a higher pick other than draft Crabtree, and would you want to draft Crabtree in light of how his situation is playing out?
Sometimes it's just fun to take the family for a spin around the lake in the old boat. Even if it's not your family or your boat, and they're screaming for you to stop.

crossed my mind a couple days ago.

It worked out great the way it all went down...
We got lucky that the draft and the trades we made unfolded the way they did.
This year, we need to root for Lito, and we need the Seahawks to lose (we have their 3 next year).
Bye, Big Stew and JJ :(
