Russell is a seriously big. Or is it just fat?
Two thirds of the earth are covered by water, the other third is covered by Dawkins
Bigger than Culpepper ever was… and that is definitely saying something.
You all watch, in two years the Raiders will be drafting Terrelle Pryor because Al Davis will become convinced that the only problem was that JaMarcus wasn’t fast enough.
About 10 minutes ago, I was pondering my own existence. Then I decided that it didn't matter.
Hank, here's what happens...
They trade up for Tebow in this year’s draft, go 0-16 next year, and draft Pryor with next year’s #1. Oh yeah…
JIFTA
Jamarcus
Is
Fatter
Than
Andy

Lito is a joke
Does anyone know how many snaps he has to play in order for us to get a 2nd rounder for him? Or do the Jets just need to resign him?

…the deal will only kick in if the Jets decide to pay a $10 million option bonus in March 2010… If Sheppard misses considerable time during the season, they would only have to trade a fifth-round draft choice to the Philadelphia Eagles. The conditional 2010 draft choice will be a second-round draft choice if Sheppard plays 85 percent of the season and receives the four-year extension.
We got a 5th for Lito.

Quite frankly
The way he’s played over recent history, it seems like they overpaid
True
I guess we should be grateful we got anything for him. Like everyone else I seem to be going nuts during the bye. Instead of rec’ing that horrible “Eages rule dude!” article. I started counting next years draft picks. 3rd from Seahawks, Lito if any, Vick/McNabb/Kolb (hopefully the first)… you get the idea.

So how many do we have?
About 10 minutes ago, I was pondering my own existence. Then I decided that it didn't matter.
These are our extra picks
3rd Round (from Seattle)
5th Round (from New Orleans)
5th Round (probably) (from NY Jets)
6th Round (from Indianapolis)
We don’t have our own 6th round pick (traded it away in the Jason Peters trade)
Sigh
This guy went to two Pro Bowls. It’s like that scene in Jackie Browne when Samuel L. Jackson says: “What the fuck happened to you man? You used to be beautiful.”
5th for Lito?
Take it. 2nd would be great but a team can still get a valuable backup/special teams contributor with a 5th round pick in the 1st year.
It never really was adequately explained/covered why Lito slipped so much, so quickly. Part of it was health but it seemed that something like it was missing with his work ethic too. Once he was gone, you really didn’t hear any of his teammates at the time bemoaning the loss either.
Eagles haven’t exactly missed Lito either because Samuel is essentially just a better version of Lito and the Eagles have enough depth at CB right now.
dear eagles fans
im just a poor raider dan asking for help, can we have vick? pretty please?
Rookie: "Why did you bench me?"
Nellie: "Your a rookie"
I'd love to trade Vick to the Raiders.
Al Davis might give us a first rounder…i mean, c’mon, It’s MICHAEL VICK.
I wonder if I can bill Jeff Lurie and Peter Angelos for the years of therapy their teams are going to put me through.
You can have him...
…because he can’t help us. And won’t help you.

Swine flu
The NFL has become more unpredictable with the ninja of swine flu around I just hope our third strings are ready to play!

Bench Russell...and play the back-ups Gradkowski, Bruce or Charlie Frye
I’m long time Raider fan and i’m tired watching this team head the wrong direction We waste all our draft picks on skill positions, when need linemen and QB! We have talent, but russell can’t get the ball to the receivers…it’s simple throw on time and where the receivers can catch it. It’s time shake thing up on the Black and silver!
