It wasn't the prettiest game of hi long NFL career, but Donovan McNabb did manage to reach a very significant milestone last night. His touchdown pass to Desean Jackson was the 200th of his career making him the 21st player in NFL history to have both 200 TD passes and 30,000 yards.

In addition, he's one of only 4 players to have 3,000 yards rushing and 200 TD passes. McNabb was happy to reach the milestone, but was quick to put it in perspective.

"It's a big accomplishment where you're in a great list," McNabb said. "But the thing that I focus on is obviously one that probably about half of them have, and that's a ring. And you're willing to do whatever in order to get that ring, then it will be that much sweeter."

Congrats to him! It might not of been the prettiest game but his comments prove he is a leader on this team.

mcnabb is awful

last nights performance was another truly awful game from the league’s most overated player… mcnabb was just plain terrible… not one sustained drive against one of the worst teams in the nfl… with all that talent around him he still looked dreadful….how many 3 and outs??? how many 3rd and longs… how many balls thrown into the dirt? when is reid going to figure this out? mcnabb is a no talent lackluster loser…. what makes it worse is he actually thinks he deserves star respect… as average as garcia was, he was better on his worst day than bozo…. kolb?… hard to say if he has “it” but we know mcnabb does not!!!!!!!!!

Yep. Mcnabb is a no talent lackluster loser. You contribute to this blog with sound opinions that you can back up with good reason and logic. I don’t know why people don’t listen to you more. Idiot.

Hurt

I think he is still feeling the effects of the broken rib, honestly. It may not be completely healed. And while he did look good against the Bucs, they have a poor defense with no pass rush. These past two teams have a good pass rush.

No talent.

Now that’s funny. You gonna be here all week? Should I tip the bartenders?

NOLA... whodie126

please allow me to say that i feel badly for you (and me)… as true eagles fans we are doomed to yet another year of misery watching our beloved team coming up short… where we differ is that i think the team will never win the big game with mcnabb (no matter how much talent he has around him) and you (in my opinion) are delusional if you think the team will with him leading it…. i’ll even take it further… as long as he’s in an eagle uniform the team will lose the big game… his negative energy is just too overpowering!!! mcnabb must go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

how many times have the Eagles been to the NFCCG in their history? 6 … how many of those were with McNabb at QB ? 5 … how many times have the Eagles made the playoffs ? 17 times and how many of those were with McNabb at QB ? 8 nearly half.

I get it I really do people don’t think McNabb has what it takes to win the Super Bowl but who would you like to replace him?

Do you have another QB with 85 wins, the least intercepted QB in NFL history, with the third highest winning percentage of active QBs who is 9-6 in the playoffs 64% better than Peyton Manning, Steve Young, Brett Favre, Eli Manning ? Let me know because you tell me who it is oh wait I know who it is … McNabb.

tell ya what!!!

if the eagles get to the sb with mcnabb i’ll be on this blog eating crow but i’m not worried about it… let me ask you this… if you had your choice of any of the qb’s you mentioned (assuming they were all in their prime) or mcnabb, who would you take??? if you say mcnabb, i’ll be surprised… despite our differences of opinion you seem to be good judge of talent.
