FedEx Field
So for the second year in a row I have scored really cheap, yet good seats for the game monday night. Last year it was because the skins were already eliminated and the weather called for freezing rain. The rain never showed, but neither did the Eagles.
This year my $25 tickets are due to the fact that nobody wants to go see the worst run pro sports franchise in america and not get home til 2 am.
In any case, any BGNers joining me in Landover? If its like last year, the stadium will be close to split 50/50 anyway.
I have a question... anyone on here go to Fedex a lot? I've been there twice. Once for a game and once for a concert. I took the metro both times and am definitly never doing that again. Last month it took me four hours to get home from the U2 show ( i live an hour south of harrisburg). So this time I'm driving in.
I do not have a parking pass and its probably too late to get one on Ebay. Anyone know of any lots where you can park without a parking pass but still be within walking distance to the stadium? I want no parts of the shuttle deal.
Someone told me that they parked at the Largo Town Metro station and walked over. It was free and they avoided most of the stadium exit traffic. Wonder if there is any validity to this

yeah
but i will give them a little slack – that stadium is HUGE so there are going to be tickets floating aroud moreso than at our place.
Plus I’d never say I’d be the way they are… but I’m just thankful we dont have an owner like Dan Snyder.

not only is the stadium hufe (91K)
It’s in a bad location and the game day experience is awful. Until Snyder hires a GM and moves the team back into the city, its gonna be bargain prices forever. people are handing in season tix are record levels.

The stadium is huge, but POORLY planned
they have lower level seats so far back, that the overhang from the upper level blocks 90% of your field-view. I remember sitting there hunched over just so I could make out most of the field between the heads of the guys in front of me and the overhang from the upper level above.

Scalpers
There are loads of scalpers on the side of the road holding out parking passes….I’ve done it 3x before…easy. Green/Orange are the best ones for tailgating)

My ebaying caught me 4 tickets for 110.00 after shipping. We’re 400 level, about 15 rows up in the endzone, but who cares? 4 of us in for less than 1 in philly!
I don’t think its too late for a pass on ebay or craigslist. You may need to pick it up, but I think its the safest bet at this point.

We’re going down with a griddle and a few boxes of prime sliced rib-eye from a buddy of mines pizza place. We’re supposed to be tailgating with a good group of Skins fans and we figured we would treat all comers to a true Philly cheese steak.

We’ll be leaving the Bensalem area about 12:00 noon so we should be there before 4:00.

I’ll be at the game too… probably won’t get there till about 7-730; Screw work. My friend has the tickets so I’m not exactly sure where I’ll be but I’ll have a pink/white Jackson jersey on, jeans, green eagles fleece, and my foots in a boot cause I broke it! If you see me you definitely need to say hi!!
