The Linc - More McNabbs
McNabbs expecting their fourth child | Philadelphia Inquirer | 10/21/2009
Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb and his wife, Raquel, are expecting another child in December. The McNabbs yesterday announced a partnership with the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Virtua Voorhees. The couple made a six-figure donation to help with the construction of a new NICU at the Virtua Voorhees replacement hospital, scheduled to open in 2011. In addition, Virtua Voorhees says, the family is committed to helping raise $2.5 million for additional funding for the project. The completed unit will be named the McNabb Family Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. All their children were born at the hospital.
Eagles Acquire LB Witherspoon for Gibson
"He’s a three-down linebacker, and he can play both the MIKE position and the WIL (weakside) linebacker position. He’s very good at both of them," Reid said. "He’s a good cover linebacker. He has the flexibility to cover tight ends and running backs and that type of thing, which is a plus."
Paul Domowitch: Eagles one of the worst on third down | Philadelphia Daily News | 10/21/2009
The number from Sunday's game that should give Eagles fans the biggest cause for concern is 12.5. That's the percent of third-down opportunities Andy Reid's offensive juggernaut managed to convert against the Raiders.

That is a retarded thread you have going on. Also, opinions vary on the value of the Football Outsiders metrics, but I personally like them quite a bit. They actually make a ton of sense when you apply them appropriately. Like how Larry Fitzgerald is a really good receiver just about everywhere but the red zone.

Those 3rd down numbers...
are astonishing.
0-15 on 3rd and 4 or more!
1 running play out of 31 plays on 3rd down with McNabb at QB!
I also really love all the shotgun formations on 3rd and 1 or 2.
Do teams just laugh at us when we use play action?

Kevin Kolb would have 5 or 6 kids by now if he were the starter.
I wonder if I can bill Jeff Lurie and Peter Angelos for the years of therapy their teams are going to put me through.

don’t mean to be political, but is there any doubt that universal suffrage is a bad idea with goofballs like that guy running around loose?

LOL
Over the years I’ve come across many examples that seemed to confirm many political scientists’ notion that democracy is the worst form of government.

Indeed, it has been said that democracy is the worst form of government except all those other forms that have been tried from time to time.
