Am I the only Eagles fan who...

Who has absolutly no desire to watch the Super Bowl?

It isn't that I don't care about either team. Last year I despised both teams but was eager to watch with a friend.

I think it was the experience of being at the NFC Championship game and being abused for the entire two mile walk back to my car by ignorant and bandwagon jumping Cardinal fans. In fact, sitting in my seat before the game started I texted my wife and some good friends that I was feeling a comfortable victory (I NEVER feel the Eagles are going to win NEVER!!) I still don't like looking at my pics or watching any video I took. There was no way we were going to lose to the Cardinals, NO WAY!!

So, if I didn't have two friends asking me to go to their Super Bowl parties I think I would slip in a dvd and watch movies all day rather than watch.

I’m having a very hard time with all the Super Bowl hype. Can’t go to the grocery stores or turn on the TV. I agree with Dawk. It’s painful. I think I’ll invite some clueless friends over, put on a recorded playoff game, and pretend it’s the Superbowl.

I agree, I turn the channel every time something SB comes up. I haven’t watched a thing.

i’m watchin it and it has nothing to do with allegiances. i love football. the eagles are my team but honestly will watch any football any time regardless of who is playing even if its just my neighbors kids playin in the backyard

I hear ya, I watched the Hall of fame game with the Colts and TRedskins at the beginning of the season just because I was so starved for a NFL game.

it didn’t even register to me that the super bowl was tomorrow.
that’s how much i don’t care about it.
i don’t really care for either team.

if anything, i want to see what ridiculous commercials come on this year….that’s about as far as my care for the super bowl this year goes

Super Bowl?

I watched the Soprano’s on A&E all day but did tune in for Springsteen’s gig. Springsteen gets the MVP nod and Fat Tony gets the Comeback Award. Capishe?
