Good call

While Dallas is the obvious answer, I am no longer in the area. (Living in Reno). I head home once a year, usually in October and I always time it so that I am there for a home game. Keep us posted as the plans unfold.

Honestly

I need to see the schedule before I can vote. It depends on when the games are. That said top 3 are Cowboys/Giants/Skins … in that order division games are like nothing else, it’s a whole new level of tailgating for those who haven’t been to one.

i suggest...

not Tampa Bay. Our fellas owe them a “Thank You,” so i’d prefer not being there when we intentionally lay an egg! Of course, I am kidding. I like the Dallas idea.

Sorry NorthPhilly

but the Cowboys game is a bad idea. Its so friggin hard to get tickets to that game.
My vote is the opener (assuming its not Dallas and assuming its not a monday night game)… For one thing, its warm which means 7 am tailgating is a go, plus what a great way to start off the season

p.s. I may have said this when we talked about this a few months ago, but honestly a few of us who had the original idea should just decide. Otherwise there are gonna be too many cooks in the kitchen and we’ll have suggestions on 8 different games.

But my vote is the opener

yea

i hear ya maybe we just tailgate the cowboys and shoot for the whole 9 with another game … im not opposed to 2 events …

That’s a good point (I voted Dallas). Even if we all got SROs (which would kinda suck since you have to go in 2hrs early to get a good spot) they’d be expensive.

Opener would be cool — nice weather, optimism still strong.

I’d probably come out to a bar in the Philly area for a game (preferably a 1:00 one)

Overall, I’d also prefer NOT a night game, since that means I get home at 3am.

I wonder if I can bill Jeff Lurie and Peter Angelos for the years of therapy their teams are going to put me through.

I'd love to do this

but I am living in LA now.

I think the Eagles are at the Chargers next year, which I will more than likely drive down for.

my wife will definitly be there

and the schedule comes out in April sometime

WOAH! SPEAKING OF APRIL!

I’m definitly planning on going to the draft party this year. In about a month and half i’ll be making a post about it. If you’ve never been to that, it’s AWESOME!

You know its not retarded if i’ll drive 3 hours one way to get there

I definitely want to go to a game next year, but I will be bringing my 8 year old son, who is a die hard fan. I love the whole tailgating thing and I would be up for bringing a grill and some food/drink. In choosing a game, there are several things I am taking into consideration – weather, time (Sunday 1pm or 4pm are the best for tailgating) and cost (KC tickets will be a lot cheaper than Dallas or Giants).

Let me know which game you choose and if I can get there, I am definitely game for meeting up.
