Reggie Brown doubtful for Sunday
Reggie Brown missed practice for the second straight day on Friday. On Wednesday he re-aggravated his hamstring injury and hasb't practiced since.
"He went out and practiced and it just didn't feel too right to him," Andy Reid said. "He stretched out for a ball and felt a kind of a tug in there, so we backed off immediately on him.
"We'll see how he does here in the next day. Right now, obviously, it's what it says, it's doubtful."
This means it's likely that the Eagles start their season without either of their starting wideouts... Even if Brown is able to play, it will only be in a limited role.
You know how each year Greg Lewis usually shows up and has one big game? Yeah... we could use that now. Right now it looks like Hank Baskett and Desean Jackson will start.

Not that I know of. No need to worry about him though. We don’t need an average, at best, reciever. We’re set with this group, I think they’ll be good west coast WR’s. And I don’t think there is a big drop in abilities from nr1 to nr6. I expect us to be good this week.
The NFC East goes through Philly.

Every year, I keep making excuses for Reggie Brown with hopes he turns into that “Mini-TO” that I thought he would be after coming out of Georgia. At this point, I will just take him on the field as another option for McNabb. Here’s hoping tomorrow, McNabb spreads the ball around and goes down the middle of the field to keep the STL defense from stacking 8 in the box to stop Westbrook

im kinda tired of reggie brown. He hasnt put up good numbers over the years and it seems like he gets hurt a lot. Its always something stupid too like a pulled hamstring. Im glad we have desean stepping up. Hopefully he’ll take over reggies starting spot soon.

The only problem is what do you do with him? Can’t cut or trade him

Yeah i thought of that too. We’d take too big of a cap hit if we release or trade him. I think if he doesnt produce in the next two years, he’ll be traded. Not yet though because we cant afford to take that big of a hit.
