* Winston Justice took Chris Clemons to the ground in a one-on-one drill. A few snaps later, Clemons limped off after tweaking his calf in a bout with Stefan Rodgers.

Never good news to hear a guy get hurt… but nice to hear Winston Justice making a play!

Man, Justice can't catch a break
He struggle to dominate a drill, now he does and injures an important part of our defense.

Igglesblog Video Rewind pt II
Really breaks down Winston (and the second string O-Line) well (link). He noted that he thought Justice had been working hard on his technique.
Yesterday, I tripped over the Eagle’s Live broadcast and they were showing one on one drills between individual O/D linemen. My impression was that Winston was really using his hands well – it almost looked like Justice and McDougle were sparring in a Kung Fu school. In fact I went all the way to thinking that perhaps Winston had been practicing “Wing Chun” – a style of Kung Fu that is well suited to close hand to hand fighting .
Anyway, you can find the footage of the O/D line one on one drills on the PE.com video archive about 3/4 of the way through the “Eagles Live” broadcast from yesterday, it’s the segment after Marty’s presser (link). If you watch enough, you’ll see the play Remis referenced…

For a second I think “Wing Chun” reffered to chicken. I wouldn’t want Mr Justice joint Wing Bowl anytime soon :)
