Five teams that could get over playoff hump...According to FoxSports
And here i was thinking that the Eagles had already got over the "playoff hump." Didnt we get to the Super Bowl a few years ago? Anyways, we still landed on this list, but thats a good thing right?

I strongly considered going with the Washington Redskins here, but decided that if the Redskins aren't convinced regarding Jason Campbell's current level of performance, then my skepticism should prevail.
So, let's assume Donovan McNabb won't suffer a season-ending back injury while looking over his shoulder at Kevin Kolb and Brian Westbrook manages to avoid space-alien abduction. If the latter occurs, the addition of Lorenzo Booker might ease the doom until Westbrook is returned to our planet.
But the big reason for optimism (delivered with a side order of skepticism) is rookie receiver DeSean Jackson, who was the nation's biggest tease while at Cal.
If Jackson can catch the ball -- and not be forced to play against USC -- his big-play potential will work wonders in Philly. We're pretty sure he can catch kickoffs and punts; at worst, he should be quite the threat in those areas.
The defensive additions include big-ticket item Asante Samuel lining up at corner, with rookie Trevor Laws capable of creating traffic jams from his defensive tackle spot. You may remember Laws as one of the few Notre Dame players who refused to be grotesquely overmatched last season.

He actually considered the Redskins. I know they got to the playoffs last year, but barely. I feel that they actually got worse from last year. This is what i think the East will look like.
1. Eagles (12-4)
2. Giants (10-6)
3. Cowgirls (9-7)
4. Redskins (7-9)

Cowboys will be better
I think they’ve improved from last year. They weren’t really 13-3 good last year, but I think 9-7 is too big a fall. I wouldn’t be surprised if everyone goes 10-6.

hindsight is 20-20 but I truly thought if the
eagles made the playoffs, they had just a good as shot as anybody to get to bowl. I really believed that. They started off so terribly. They showed flash’s from time to time but how many games did they give away. Really!? 2-3-4? It was too late when our bigboys returned healhy and the team got it together. No excuses, those years happen. IT WONT HAPPEN THIS YEAR. E-A-G-L-E-S!!!!

could happen
it all comes down to the eagles play within their own division the other ten games they play only 1 team that im convinced is good and thats the steelers other than them the only two other teams that might be a challenge are the seahawks and browns but if they go at least .500 in the division we could get a bye relatively easily
