Eagles v Redskins moved
The Redskins' final regular-season home game Dec. 21 has been moved to a 4:15 start, the NFL has announced.
The game, in which the Redskins host the Philadelphia Eagles, is the next-to-last of the regular season.
Carolina's game against the Giants in East Rutherford, N.J., will be the featured Sunday night game on the 21st, replacing San Diego's game at Tampa Bay. San Diego-Tampa Bay moves to a 1 p.m. start.
Atlanta's game at Minnesota also was moved to a 4:15 p.m. start.

Probably been mentioned
in an earlier thread, but with the Cowboys’ collapse in Pittsburgh on Sunday, the Iggles are now one Atlanta loss away from controlling their own destiny right now. (Perhaps next week vs. the Bucs, whose defense was absolutely humiliated last night and now may, hopefully, feel like it has something to prove …)

Also...
Even if Atl wins out, if TB loses to the chargers or raiders, then it’s in our hands.
I planned a Christmas flight home around the 1:00 game…

Dammit! I’m going to a Hershey Bears game, which starts at 5:00. The 1:00 is perfect. Watch the game, listen to postgame on the way to the Bears game, then watch minor league hockey.
Screw you, Fox!
I wonder if I can bill Jeff Lurie and Peter Angelos for the years of therapy their teams are going to put me through.

crap!
Good point. I’ll be in A.C. for that one. I hope they leave it at 1:00. Football intrudes on mini- vacation plans much less if the game remains at 1:00.

Well since your going to AC you should make a bet that the Eagles Cowboys game will be on SNF. That way its a win win for you.

That one may be protected. Not all games can be flexed.

Not everyone here is thrilled about this...
FedEx is a mess to get to and a 7:30 PM finish makes it a bitch to get out of. I was going to go, but now that it is a 4:15 start, I think I would rather watch it in the bar or in my living room. A lot of my friends who are Skins season tix holders are already putting them up for sale online.
