im begining to think that relationship can’t last too long. On a positive note, I bet he has been inside ’the mansion".

if by “mansion” you mean Kendra’s black hole of a cooter, i’m sure there’s an entire small town somewhere that could also lay claim to that…

if by “mansion” you mean that Playboy Mansion…. yeah prolly that too…

But T.O. and his sideline histrionics wear on a quarterback. He's like the hot stripper you tried to clean up and convert into a real girlfriend. It's a lot of fun until the moment she has her second drink while out to eat with your parents. You unravel quicker than she does.

i almost made that joke, but I am at work and deemed it too inappropriate to type on a work computer.

not the angle i was going for, but if you’re saying that it’s probably infested by millions of tiny organisms… then yes, that also

Oh Yikes

That interview was horrendous. Just…hurtfully…horrendous. It’s funny that she said when they throw a fade to Curtis, nothing happens…and then on MNF they have a sideline fade and Curtis scores a TD on the play.

What I would give to be a fly on the wall when she was telling Andy Reid to throw the ball to Hank more often.

Also, is Hank a FA at the end of the season? And what do you think will happen there? I hope they bring him back…

yeah he’s a FA… I hope he returns as well… something tells me he’s going to want a decent looking deal though, and since Jackson’s contract was never made public, I have no idea how much we’d be willing to commit to Baskett when we have a similar player in Avant already on the roster… we’ll see.

Well

Hank’s 6’ 5", so I’m not sure he’s that similar to Avant right? I just don’t want to lose our tallest receiver, especially with the fade (last night excluded) working pretty well in the end zone.

sorry… meant similar as in more of a possession guy

i really doubt Hank comes back

and i think we saw that last night. look at what avant did when he was given a real shot at our #3 spot. the dude can catch and is smart too. he can run solid routs and has a great sence of where he is on the feild and where the defenders are. Hank on the other hand has huge big play potential however i see him as less of a solid all around player as avant. as much as i would hate to say it but i dont see him back next year. since we have brown using alot of cap room and holding an other reciver spot i feel that the front office wants space to bring in an other young guy and since hank his a FA he has the short straw

it would be unwise

for Eagles front office not to bring Hank back, especially if he’s not replaced with another big WR. With our red zone troubles, I think the last thing we need is to take away one of our big targets, as this will reduce the likelihood of the fade working. We have a good thing going with DeSean as a big play guy, Avant as a third down guy and Baskett as the occasional big play, but mostly fade route, end zone guy. Where Curtis fits remains to be seen. He isn’t a true no. 1, isn’t big enough to consistently get off the jam at the line of scrimmage, though the man does have some speed and has good hands. If anyone’s replaced I think it should be Curtis, for a big play every down WR.

This is idiotic. You know how many fades Baskett has caught … 1 you know how many fades Curtis has caught … 1 weird. Curtis is a million times better then Hank Baskett. Baskett is a glorified G Lew, why is it that everyone thinks Baskett is great and says G Lew only does enough to stay on the team.

As for Curtis not being a true number 1, you have to be kidding me did you see his numbers last year? he was hurt for the better part of this year and we have seen what a sports hernia can do to someone (McNabb/LJ) so I’d say he is doing pretty well. If he isn’t a number 1 then neither is Steve Smith, Roddy White, Brandon Marshall, Chad Johnson, or Torry Holt to name a few.

I like Hank and hope he’s re-signed, but that girl is gonna end his career as an Eagle if she doesn’t learn how to shut the f**k up.
