Can someone please explain why we even have Lorenzo Booker. He has done absolutely nothing so far. He is smaller than Westbrook and obviously not as good. So why did we trade a 3rd round pick for him when we could've used it to get a power back. And is Tony Hunt activated for Thursday's game? Because I think we could use him in the power game, and he'll certainly do more than Lorenzo Booker.

first we got booker for a 4th round pick. second most of his carries have been up the middle and none of backs have really broken a big run. booker is very good in space. hopefully having him be the primary back with westy will get the eagles back to their bread and butter, running screens and misdirection. hunt isn’t even on the team anymore nor is he on any team cause he simply was never that good. The eagles are not a power running team if you want power running may i please point you in the direction of tampa, chicago or pittsburgh. The eagles are a finesse team their scheme is a finesse scheme which can be deadly if executed the problem is you can not stumble through a win like you can with a power team finesse very rarely wins ugly,

Because Reid is such a genius at judging talent

I’ll admit, I’ve been pretty hard on Lorenzo Booker. But, I’d like to see what Booker can do if given a chance. Though, I will admit, he didn’t do very much with the chances he had early in the season.

No RB is going to do great right now

Not with the poor TE play and the inconsistent run blocking from our line. His carries he got in Miami weren’t too bad. His largest weakness is pass blocking.

I'll top your 100 yards rushing.

How about 100 yards rushing and 100 yards receiving like Roger Craig, another great West Coast offense running back.

And rush for 3 touchdowns and have a 4th td receiving just for good measure. I’d sit down and shut up to that. Actually, I’d cheer like a MF’er if he did that.

Does anyone have any real idea what is going on with the RB situation for tomorrow night? Any guesses on what realistic amount of playing time Westbrook will see?

tony hunt is not a power back. He is not going to run people over. just b/c he weighs more than 210 does not make him the big power back that everyone wants him to be. I dont even know why they bothered drafting him. they had to know he was never going to play. i feel bad for him. if he got picked up by the right team he could be a servicable back up in this league

uhhhhhhhhhhh…..Tony Hunt was cut from the Eagles weeks ago. Booker was pretty potent at FSU, so let’s not pass judgment until he gets ample opportunity. The guy has only had 21 carries in a new offense and everyone seems to think he sucks already. I agree, we should have drafted a bruiser of a back in the third round if one was available, but we didn’t. Let’s see how Booker does tomorrow night.

The Dallas Cowboys have not won a playoff game since Dec. 28, 1996.
