Westbrook sucks
Okay do I have your attention. First off I do NOT think that Westbrook sucks I think that he is one of the greatest to ever play the game. But after last weeks loss a lot of people were ready to shoot Buckhalter for a "poor" showing. Westbrook was 12 for 33 yards this week 1 TD and got stopped on a short goal line run which we all said he would have made against the Bears. Correll was 16 for 66 yards 1 TD against the bears and got stopped on a goal line play. I'm interested if these same people are willing to say that Westbrook sucks after they were so quick to jump on Bucky. I am very bitter about this game and think that the play calling was horrible and something needs to change. I don't know what but something but I also think we as fans are to quick to jump on certian players and we need to step back and realize that maybe we just aren't that good as a TEAM.
And yes I know Westy was "hurt" but he was good enough to play and I have seen him do more when he has been "hurt" so please don't use that as an argument for saying Buck Sucks.

Well
Buckhalter doesn’t suck. WHoever says that hasn’t watched him play all these years. He’s a 4.3 ypc back..that ain’t too bad… His hands are decent also.

Bucky rushed for ZERO yards today with ZERO receptions. Obviously, Westbrook does not suck – look at his entire body of work – and Bucky’s too – which I pointed out to you last week. Who’s bitter now and completely irrational? Westbrook was clearly hurt. I give him enormous credit for even taking the field.

I said quite clearly
First off I do NOT think that Westbrook sucks I think that he is one of the greatest to ever play the game.
read the post before you let your fingers slam into the keyboard. I’m bitter that I have to be lumped in with negative fans like yourself.
And I’m sure after that first drive you looked at whoever may have been around and said … Westbrook is back he looks great … I know everyone sitting around me did.

I DID read your convoluted rambling before I posted. I’m pointing out that even though Westbrook had an off day, your boy Bucky put up goose eggs across the board. Negative? Not at all – I’m not the one bitching, revisiting (illogically) an old debate and offering no solutions whatsoever. THINK before you post Whodie boy.

First Bucky was the back up and only had 2 carries, I thank you for proving my point though.
Sorry if my post was “convoluted” I will simplify it so you can keep up, Bucky had a decent day against a good defense and you say he sucks Westbrook had a bad day against a not as good defense and you are willing to die for him, just pointing out how dumb that is.

Given your prior posts, I have no problem keeping up with you – its keeping down at your level that is the problem. Write clearly and stop the hyperbole…“willing to die for him”? What an idiot.

its keeping down at your level
I have never read a post from you that has offered any true knowledge all you do is post negative comments. You have caught friendly fire on more than one occasion because people can’t even tell if you are truly an Eagles fan.
write clearly? I’m an idiot for using hyperbole? your condescending talk is played out old man.

Westbrook.
Man I’ve been having trouble with this. On the year – Brian has 54 carries for a 3.6 yard average, he’s got another 14 receptions for 91 yards. He’s accounted for 291 yards from scrimmage so far this year. Brian’s longest carry this year is 18 yards.
I think something is wrong. Yeah he sprained his ankle against Pittsburgh. Perhaps that limited him somewhat yesterday, but against Pittsburgh, his 5 carries totaled 12 yards and his 18 carries against Dallas and only accounted for 58…
I think I might actually have a bunch to say this week. It’s been a while since I’ve had a proper fully chewed post, but if I can find time – watch less True Blood, Entorage and Heroes – I’ll fire off a couple of (hopefully) insightful rants…
UGH – I’d have never thought the season would be done by week 5. We’ve got to hope for help from the rest of the NFC east and some luck to get this thing back on track. Not sure I can root for the Cowboys though no matter who they play…

I guess we know what limited him yesterday now…

Trainer #1: Hey guys, his rib’s broken!
Trainer #2: Well, break one on the other side, that’ll even it out.
Andy Reid: Did somebody say ribs?
