Harbaugh Takes Ravens Job

Just announced on Sportscenter: After spending nine seasons as an assistant coach under Andy Reid, the Philadelphia Eagles secondary coach John Harbaugh has accepted the head coaching position of the Baltimore Ravens. The position was left vacant following the sack of Brian Billick.

Great news for John Harbaugh. After many seasons of great work for this team, he is finally getting a shot at being head coach. Looks like I have a new AFC team to root for next year. Wouldn't it be ironic if Billick ended up coming back to Philly now?

Slate.com has this very well-written article on Eli.  Nothing we didn't know about the guy, but perfectly sums him up.  Including, "Probably calls his brother to see how much to tip the caddy after a round of golf."  Funny stuff:
