McNabb is playing, Dawkins is practicing

Not exactly surprising news since Andy said before the Baltimore game that he wanted to start McNabb this Friday, but the news is now official that he'll start against the Panthers in Philly this Friday.
Brian Dawkins returned to practice in "a limited role" according the team. Ian Scott, Montae Reagor, & Lito Sheppard also resumed practicing.
Right now the team isn't sure whether LJ Smith or Kelly Holcomb will play this Friday. Shawn Andrews will sit that game out.
