For my money Tecmo Bowl is sill the greatest football video game ever... but I admit I never used the Eagles. (Eagles Chronicles)
Milwaukee Brewers slugger Kevin Munch now now writes his own Eagles blog over at the Eagles website. They actually have had a few "celebrity" blogs over there. Playmates, pro wrestlers, music industry insiders ect... (Philadelphia Eagles.com)
The Philles are actually... good? Two games out first?! (700 Level)
Bored by this year's NBA Finals? Check out some more exciting video! (Depressed Fan)
Will Winston Justice ever play? Also is there an unlimited amount of puns to use in headlines with "Justice" in them? (Philly.com)
A bit of a developing story, but many Eagles fans are fuming about the Eagles refusal to publish a season ticket waiting list. Apparently many fans have been promised one for over a year now. Fans want to know why they can never get tix, but online scalpers like Razorgator get thousands from the team. (Concrete Field)
According to one blogger, it's seems that no Eagles have illegitimate kids. Seemed appropriate with fathers day around the corner... (100% Injury Rate)
Some fun debate on the top sports movies of all time. What? The Garbage Picking Field Goal Kicking Philadelphia Phenomenon didn't make anyone's list? (The Big Lead)
Sports Illustrated published a list of the top 10 most likely comeback candidates and Takeo Spikes made the list at #5. Jevon Kearse came in at #10 (Sports Illustrated)

wow

The other side of the coin.
In a way, I'm thankful that the team has these problems -- because these are the problems of a good team. I could phone in an order for tickets the week of a game, and probably even walk right up to the Vet on gameday in '99 and get tickets. The team sucked, and there just wasn't the demand that there is today.
I've had longstanding plans to go to Baltimore Inner Harbor on Saturday, going to an Orioles at the end of the day. I'm so frustrated with the Orioles, for whom finding painful ways of blowing games has become an art form and losing seasons the norm, that I'm debating whether I want to spend $20 on two Orioles tickets, or find another way to spend the evening. And, since I know every other Orioles fan feels the same, the idea of buying tickets in advance has never even crossed my mind, because I know I can walk up, get great seats in a gorgeous ballpark and probably be one of 20,000 or less people there -- and that's being generous.
I know I can't directly compare the demand for baseball tickets compared to the NFL -- but if Peter Angelos tried to sell O's tickets on Razorgator, they'd laugh in his face. We have these problems because the team's been so consistently good.
Come on Eagles, win a superbowl and you can screw us worse next year, and we'll be happy about it!
Sorry, slow day at work...
True
this is a bit random...
I suppose
Frankly, I've also thought McNabb gets himself a bit too muscled. I've been told by fitness freaks that getting as bulky as McNabb does sometimes can sometimes make it easier to get hurt.
totally agree...
