Can we lose?

I know the cliches...

"Any Given Sunday"

"You can't look ahead"

"Let's take it one game at a time"

I know that this is only a 4-5 team and really has no business being overconfident... But seriously. We are at home against a winless team in week 10. Miami has the second worst defense in football, they have the 19th ranked offense. They have lost their best offensive weapon for the year in Ronnie Brown. They are starting a rookie QB who will play in his first NFL game. On defense, the playmakers they do have are almost all hurt. The Eagles are 10 point favorites.

Someone tell me how we lose this game? Negativity is supposed to be in the blood of an Eagles fan... but I just can't muster any doubt about this one.

What I want
I want a 40 burger.  I want Westbrook over 200 yards combined and Curtis and Brown over 100 each.

I want 6+ sacks of Beck

I want 2-3 interceptions and a forced fumble from Beck and Co.

A shutout or a safety or something big like for the D that would be nice too.

BleedGreen, you are understating how bad the Dolphins are by using the NFL statistics.  The Eagles need to and should crush them.

Last year at Tampa Bay - same kind of "can't lose" situation with a first time starting QB.  Sure, there were freak plays that contributed to the loss, but anyone looking past Miami is making a big mistake.

Can we assume that Miami won't go winless in '07?  That means they will win at least one of their remaining 6 games.  16% chance.

Do these Eagles somehow find a way to lose games that they should win?  Certainly (GB, Chicago).

This game makes me very nervous.

Westbrook doesn't play. And as of right now he is questionable.
